We offer delivery within the UAE only, with free shipping for UAE-based customers.
Returns
1. Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
- Sale or final clearance items are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process

- We’ll send you a return label or pickup option (UAE only).
3. Return Fees
- UAE: AED 10 return shipping fee (deducted from refund)
- GCC: Return shipping to be covered by the customer
4. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
5. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
